Items the Salt Lake ReStore CANNOT Accept
While we would love to accept every donation, the Habitat for Humanity Greater Salt Lake Area ReStore focuses on providing high-quality, resaleable items to our community. To ensure we provide the best value to our shoppers and keep our operations efficient, we have specific guidelines on what we can and cannot take.
Need to clear out items we don't accept? We recommend:
- Priority Pickup Service: For a fee, they will collect almost anything—including junk, pianos, and non-resaleable items.
- Local Nonprofits: See the list at the bottom of this page for other organizations that may be able to use your items.
Thank you for your understanding!
